Surviving the "Covid Burnout"

The spring is coming, the weather is opening up, however, most of us are still going through the covid lockdown restrictions according to the different local or national regulations. And it doesn’t matter if these restrictions are softer or harder, what matters is that they have a common denominator and that’s the “covid burnout”.

I’m coming every day in contact with people who feel like they have reached their limits and they cannot deal anymore with all the changes that this covid-era has brought.

Dealing with Boredom and Loneliness

Understanding your emotions well enough can help you take measurable plus actionable steps in order to connect with others and in turn protect your own mental health. Over the last few months, several people have been confined to their homes in order to curb and disorient the spread of the virus in the COVID’19 crisis! Please understand that while some people are living with family, friends or even roommates, others might even be living alone. There are many of us who even might be missing our friends, family members and relatives and at times, we might even find ourselves feeling lonely, isolated, or more so bored.

Parenting and Re-parenting

Hello everyone and Happy December!

As some of you may already know, I recently became a new mom and after taking some time off to rest, take care of the little one and adjust to the new reality, I had the opportunity to reflect upon parenting so that’s what I will be sharing with you in this blog.

Parenting is the process of assisting a child’s physical, emotional, cognitive and social development from infancy to adulthood. It might seem simple; however, parenting is a very complex process that doesn’t come with a manual! Nowadays, new parents/caregivers have more access to available sources and can learn a lot on how to more efficiently parent their kids in comparison to previous generations. However, no matter how much information and sources one can accumulate, when it comes down to the core of parenting, everyone is on their own.
